  1. The Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Your personal data in the types and categories of name-surname, e-mail address, website information, profession and telephone number you have provided to our Company, is processed for the purposes of contacting with you in relation to the consultancy services provided by our Company within the scope of the commercial relationship and cooperation that may occur between you and our Company, conducting a meeting, communicating to you, fulfillment of your requests and demands, providing you with the information about our activities based on your request, keeping the personal data you have provided in order to fulfill the purposes stated here and keeping them in line with the statute of limitations arising from the legislation.

  1. To Whom and for Which Purposes the Processed Personal Data May be Transferred by the Company

Your personal data you have provided to our Company may be transferred to customer relations management (“CRM“) companies abroad in order to store the data in accordance with the provisions of this letter. In addition, it may also be shared with official authorities to fulfill the requirements of regulatory or enforcement proceedings or judicial decisions of official authorities with limitation to their request.
